Car was not in for service but enhancement which was good. I was informed this when I took car in for brake fluid oil. Was told it would take all day and it stayed overnight although nothing needed doing.
The workshop and reception hadnt communicated well and the service hadnt been done on time.
Everyone was really helpful, the service was completed to time.

The car delivery is efficient, however the explanation of the documents, including the registration plate and log book could be a bit more complete as new drivers would need this sort of information.

Brilliant customer service from the team - especially Jordan. Andreas was also helpful. Very accommodating as I was not able to pick up the car due to a house move. Seeing a red bow was the icing on the cake!
Not great communication as it was in with them last time for over a week without a phone call to let me know what was happening - but they seemed to have done a good job.

Quick and easy
I was fairly satisfied however I had to ask for my car to be collected and then on the day they kept phoning to say my car might not be out after promising to have my car back
Everything was efficiently and pleasantly handled
Should be a one day job. But due to lack of resources, they asked me to take the car come back and forth. Eventually it took 3 working days (5 days incl. the weekend) to get the job done, causing me lots of trouble as well as extra travel costs.
