I had to wait 1/2 hour as they had forgotten me. No apologies. I wasn't called when car was ready as they'd written incorrect phone number. When I called- no apology.It needed a repair- this was covered by warranty but not mentioned- had to return

Extreamly pleased overall,I'm a parent of 3 children,2 of whom have autism,I brought all 3 with me and we wer all made very welcome and comfortable,it was a special time that I'm glad I could share with all my children. Our new car is now family ??

Everything went well but it was expensive i.e. £26 for windscreen wipers for example seems a lot.

My wife usually takes the cars to Ruxley, we got an earlier appointment at Woolwich and she said the service was different and a lot friendlier. She would go to Woolwich in the future even though it is slightly further away.

The receptionist was unhelpful and the car came back with a terrible valet. They didn't explain I could have paid for a pick up and drop off service so had to rush through traffic early, with a friend, in order to get it in before going to work.
