Although we were asked what would be a good time for us to collect the car no telephone call to say car was ready . We went at said time 4pm from 9am in the morning and we still waited half an hour for the car to appear

The service was fine, but I had to wait 45 minutes in the showroom to speak to someone, who just took the key (2 minutes conversation)

I received no help re my query on buying a new car. Was made to wait 30 mins and when I checked up on the delay was promised a follow up and waited 30 mins again and was told that I would be contacted by phone - which never happened.

-my confirmed online service booking + loan car was not on the day's schedule, but considerable effort was made by the staff to do the service- after the service every tyre was at a different pressure - causing a warning after driving <10 miles

Whilst I understand that the car is clever and tells when tyres / screen wash etc are low, I feel that they should be part of a service too.

The mini centre was very clean and tidy and every time we attended we were given detailed attention offering refreshments. Appointments made were kept and we were not made to wait around for staff to attend and deal.

I had to wait 1/2 hour as they had forgotten me. No apologies. I wasn't called when car was ready as they'd written incorrect phone number. When I called- no apology.It needed a repair- this was covered by warranty but not mentioned- had to return

Extreamly pleased overall,I'm a parent of 3 children,2 of whom have autism,I brought all 3 with me and we wer all made very welcome and comfortable,it was a special time that I'm glad I could share with all my children. Our new car is now family ??
